What we do

Services that drive productivity, profitability and resilience

Six practices, one operating model: get the right input into the farmer's hands, apply it properly, and make sure the harvest reaches a buyer who pays.

Not sure which of these fits? Tell us what you're trying to achieve.

Most engagements combine two or three of these services. We'll scope it with you and quote against the work, not a price list.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

If your question isn't here, ask us directly — we'd rather answer it properly.

How do I get started with Nest's services?
Simply reach out via our contact page or any of our social channels. Once we understand your goals — whether it's input supply, advisory, consulting, or tech — we'll set up a discovery call to identify the best path forward.
Do you support farmer cooperatives or associations?
Yes — cooperatives and farmer associations are central to how we work. We source through registered farmer clusters and cooperatives, aggregate deliveries to bring input costs down, and support group formation and cooperative integration as part of farmer onboarding. More than 8,000 smallholder farmers are under contract or cluster agreements with us, and our partners include the All Farmers Progressive Association.
Are your products approved and tested?
Yes. MoGloop® holds Fertilizer Input Support Scheme (FISS) approval from the Federal Ministry of Agriculture. Our seed is certified and has been tested in national research institutes and farmer field trials, and our drone operations are safety-certified, NAQS-compliant and insured. Our input programmes have been deployed across seven Nigerian states, where more than 70% of trial farmers requested reorders.
How long does a pilot or partnership take to show results?
Most pilots are structured around a single growing season. We establish demonstration plots, run a comparative yield analysis against traditional methods, and track conversion from demonstration to purchase alongside yield and income change. Advisory engagements are shorter — a value chain diagnostic or investor readiness review runs in weeks rather than months.
