Under the engagement, Nest provides agro-export structuring and technical support across the programme — work that sits alongside our wider advisory practice in value chain mapping, project design and export readiness.
The partnership builds on Nest’s existing field presence in Niger State, where we run farmer onboarding, training and input distribution programmes.
